Q: What if I want to return something I purchased from the Sparkle n’ Spunk website?

A: Our priority is that you LOVE your Sparkle n’ Spunk! If you receive your order and aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, check out our detailed return policy here.

Q: What about Privacy?

A: We take privacy very seriously. Your contact information, email, and payment information are all submitted securely. We go the extra mile to add extra security to our website to make sure your information doesn’t get into the wrong hands. We work with some of the leading payment gateways like PayPal and Square to ensure we’re using the latest technology to protect your payment information. We will never sell nor give anyone your email address, it stays with us and doesn’t leave :) As always, you can unsubscribe at ay time from future emails if you would like (but we hate to see you go!)

Q: Where do you sell/ship your accessories to?

Q: How long does it take to ship?

A: Our shipments usually take 3-5 days to arrive after your order is placed. With every order, we provide a tracking number so you can track your order from our door, to yours. Read more here.

Q: My product arrived damaged, now what?

A: Ugh, sometimes this happens, we hate seeing beautiful Sparkle n’ Spunk damaged in transit. Our returns policy outlines this process in detail here.

Q: I can't tell how big these earrings are, now what?!

A: We include pictures and measurements of each product we offer, but sometimes it can still be tough to tell. Feel free to email us or Contact Us and we can send you more detailed size info.
