Shipping - All Orders Shipped from Dallas, TX

We can ship to almost any address in the United States! Because we ship orders as quickly as possible (next business day) orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once the checkout process is complete.

If you take advantage of our free shipping, these shipments are usually delivered within 3-5 business days after purchase. We ship the order out of our warehouse next business day, but sometimes USPS has their own delays and unfortunately we can't control that. We do offer expedited shipping options, but can't guarantee delivery times due to unexpected USPS delays.

Shipments deemed lost by the USPS will be replaced with the same product (in store credit if no longer available) after 10 business days of the expected delivery date if product still hasn't arrived. We are not responsible for shipments marked as delivered or if the shipment is mis-delivered due to an incorrect address being used at checkout.

The best way to track your order is to create a Sparkle n' Spunk account, log in, and view your order history which will show the tracking numbers to all of your orders.

If the incorrect address is entered when the order is placed, please let us know ASAP in hopes we can fix the issue as early on in the shipping process as possible. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address being used during checkout, the customer will be given an in store credit, less $4.99 for shipping and handling.

Returns Policy

To get the return process started, please email me at callie@sparklenspunk.com or Contact Us Here with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returned items must have the original tags still attached, be unworn, unused, and unwashed. If an item is returned to us and is visibly worn, with stains, smell of cigarette smoke or other odors the return will not be accepted. The returned item must look and smell just as it did when we shipped it to you.

If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us within 3 days. If we are not notified within 3 days of delivery, the item will not be eligible for a return. Please send us pictures of the defect when you email us.

Returns are eligible for a refund or in store credit within 15 days of delivery. Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee exchanges will always be available as we might sell out of a product between the time you make your purchase and the return is processed.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost of all returns except for returns that are caused by our own error. Exact color, patterns and sizing can vary slightly due to photography lenses, lighting, and computer/phone screen resolution and do not qualify for Sparkle n' Spunk paying for the return shipping.

We usually recommend USPS First Class shipping (using the original Sparkle n' Spunk box) for the most affordable and safest way to ship returns back to us. We are not responsible for product being damaged when being shipped back to us and unfortunately these scenarios cannot qualify for a return. 

Clearance items or items purchased using a coupon code of 25% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If a nonreturnable item is returned to us, or an incorrect address shipment is not corrected and reshipped, we will hold onto the item for 14 days before it is donated to a local charity.
